The Taco Cleanse diet is a product of 4 “Vegan Taco Scientists” named Wes Allison, Stephanie Bogdanich, Molly R. Frisinger, and Jessica Morris. They developed this new diet plan after eating tacos consistently for 30 days and considering the immense benefits are encouraging others to do so also.
With the taco cleanse diet you get to eat for your breakfast – Taco, Lunch – Taco and Dinner – even more, tacos. This no new diet Plan??? Well, perhaps. What makes this Taco diet plan stands out is that all these are vegetarian Tacos recipes.
In as much as I usually hate the word cleansing as it makes me feel more like my kitchen sink (which has not seen some cleaning in a long while . I must say I like this diet plan’s mode of cleansing as it is all about allowing the body to deal naturally with all the accumulated meats and processed animal products in our system while on the 30-day vegan Taco diet.
The 75 vegan taco recipes are just enough to make sure you get to eat a variety of tasty meals. Most of the recipes are primarily made up of tortillas, refried beans, and guacamole.
What to expect with the Taco Cleanse Diet.
Not Weight loss. No. Sorry to disappoint you if were expectant. But the authors make it clear that this diet plan does not guarantee weight loss but rather a general sensation of well-being and improved outlook after completing the 30-day dieting period.
And even more, expect to be holding your sides and wiping your eyes occasionally. The guys have a real sense of humour, and they couldn’t just help adding it to their writing.
